Welcome to Trader Spirit (accessible via traderspirit.ai). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Trader Spirit (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By signing up for our waitlist, purchasing a subscription or access tier, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

Trader Spirit provides a Personalized PsyTech Trader Intelligence Platform built around Decision Intelligence, Mental Edge Development, and Emotional Control (the “Services”). Our tools include trade management features, trade conviction scoring, performance debriefs, masterclasses, and emotional state protocols.

We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial analyst. All metrics, scores, insights and information provided by the Platform are for educational and self-improvement purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.

2. Waitlist, Accounts & Founding Member Access

Waitlist & Referrals: Joining our waitlist allows you to request early access to the Platform. Referral links provided during waitlist registration allow you to bump your position in the queue. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or audit waitlist positions if fraudulent or automated signups are detected.

Account Responsibility: When you create an account or purchase an access tier, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Pricing, Payments & Access Tiers

We offer different access options, including Early Adopter monthly subscriptions and limited Founding Member lifetime packages:

Early Adopter Tier: Billed on a recurring monthly basis ($9.99/month locked rate). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

Lifetime Access Tiers (Lifetime & Champion VIP): One-time payments providing lifetime platform access as defined at checkout. “Lifetime” refers to the operational life of the Trader Spirit platform.

Refunds: All fees paid for lifetime passes or subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of our PsyTech tools or AI models.

Share, resell, or redistribute account access, masterclasses, or proprietary platform analytics to third parties without written authorization.

Use the Platform for any unlawful, illegal, or fraudulent activity.

Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our servers and network infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, features, and content associated with Trader Spirit — including the Decision Intelligence, Mental Edge Development, and Emotional Control frameworks — are the exclusive property of Trader Spirit or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services for personal use.

6. Risk Acknowledgment & Limitation of Liability

Trading financial markets (including equities, options, futures, forex, and cryptocurrency) carries substantial risk of financial loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Spirit, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses resulting from:

Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Any trading decisions made based on platform analytics or AI Trade Debriefs.

Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
